MegaMinds uses your computer microphone to communicate with others inside a room.

As a security feature of your web browser - when entering any website that attempts to use your microphone, it will show a pop up like this:

If you allow it, your microphone will work fine (it can still be muted and unmuted).

You can also continue without a microphone, but other users will not hear you speak. You can still hear them speak and use chat messages as an alternative way to communicate with the room.

If you accidentally clicked "Block" or had earlier blocked access and want to use your microphone, you need to unblock it.

In Mozilla Firefox:

1. Click the "microphone icon" by the website address field

2. Click the "X" to remove the blocking

3. Refresh the page and click "Allow" when asked about microphone permissions

In Google Chrome:

1. Click the "Lock" icon to bring up the site security menu

2. Click "Reset permission" by Microphone

3. Refresh the page and click "Allow" when asked about microphone permissions
